A New York City Love Story | Leah & Brett’s Engagement Session
Leah and Brett’s engagement session was one for the books! We met them in Hoboken, New Jersey, on the most beautiful, sunny October day — the kind of crisp fall weather that makes everything feel a little extra magical. From the moment we arrived, Leah and Brett felt like old friends. They were the best tour guides, showing us around their favorite local spots and sharing little pieces of what makes their city so special.
After exploring Hoboken, we hopped on the ferry across the Hudson to Seaport, New York — the perfect mix of city views, waterfront charm, and that unmistakable New York energy. The golden light danced off the skyline, and you could feel how natural and easy their love is. Every laugh, every glance, felt genuine and full of joy.
Leah and Brett’s story began right in the city they love. They met on a dating app while Leah was living in New York City. She decided to set her search radius to just one mile — and it turns out that small radius brought her something pretty amazing: a wonderful guy from Hoboken. Sometimes, love really is just across the river.
This session was a truly fun adventure — from city strolls to ferry rides and skyline views, it felt like a genuine celebration of their story. I can’t wait to capture their wedding day at The Hershey Country Club, and see where the next chapter of their love story unfolds!
